The 2023 Meeting of the Members of the Indian Mountain Property Owners Association (IMPOA) will be held from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 12, 2023, at the Community Center, located at 31 Keneu Ct. Como, CO 80432.

The Annual Meeting is the opportunity for the dues-paying members of IMPOA to elect members of their Board of Directors, review the financial condition of the Association, and transact such business as may come before the meeting. The election of directors is by written ballot and requires only that the candidates getting the highest number of votes are deemed elected.  A copy of this announcement and the ballot can be found here

If you wish to vote for the candidates, you must fill out the ballot and send it back according to the instructions it contains.  

After the end of the business portion of the meeting, we will have time for a limited Q&A session for our members.
