Summer Picnic

The 2024 Summer Picnic is scheduled for Saturday July 6th from 11AM to 3PM at the pavilion next to the Comfort Station, 1996 Chief Trail. All neighbors and friends are invited.
The event is outdoors with shaded areas under the pavilion and a large tent. IMPOA and IMMD provide hamburgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, condiments, non-alcoholic beverages, plates, forks, and napkins. We ask that each family in attendance provide an appetizer, side dish, or a dessert. **homemade dishes preferred!** Please bring appropriate serving utilize(s) for your dish(es). You are encouraged to BYOB, wine, beer, etc. We ask that you bring a dish by the first letter of your last name as follows:
- A to G: appetizer, finger food of some sort
- H to T: side dish
- U to Z: dessert
Bill Morris will be hosting “panning for gold” – an interactive event for kiddos of all ages.
The summer picnic also includes amplified sound with easy mountain music for your enjoyment, access to the playground, frisbee golf, and nature walks! No RSVP required!
