IMPOA Dumpster Day

We are finalizing the calendar for 2025 and will announce a firm date for Dumpster Day once we have confirmation.

Multiple large dumpsters are placed outside the Community Center. We ask that you please read the below requirements so we can make best use of the dumpster and provide the needed convenience for all of our neighbors. Use of dumpsters is for current IMPOA members. If you are not sure if you are an active member, we can also check records during the event to determine your status. If you are not on our 2025 membership list, you’ll need to pay the $45 annual dues before utilizing the dumpsters.

• No hazardous chemicals, wet paint, oils, automobile fluids
• No electronics
• No refrigerators/freezers with freon
• No household kitchen waste/garbage
• No yard waste [slash, trees, or limbs should go to the burn pit]

Large items like a couch, or dresser, might need to be broken down into small flat pieces. Bulky items take up considerable space in the dumpsters and we want to make sure we have room for everything. If it rains before or during our event, the recommendation is to have your load covered and kept dry. Wet, soggy heavy items are challenging to move.
