What benefits do you enjoy by being a member of IMCA at just the equivalent of $3.75 per month:
- Coordinating wildfire mitigation. Fire mitigation requires a centralized coordination to ensure properties are less likely to be impacted;
- Assisting the Indian Mountain Metropolitan District (IMMD) to ensure reliability and continuity of augmentation for the water wells in Indian Mountain;
- Assisting property owners in complying with building, zoning, fire protection and public health regulations;
- Teaming with IMMD in publishing newsletters and ensuring topics of interest to the community are broadcast;
- Maintaining lists of property owners;
- Producing community social education and social events;
- Speaking for the community before governmental entities on matters that affect the community, such as water resources and land use regulations;
- Managing large scale road clean-up programs and noxious plant control;
- Sponsoring an annual Dumpster Day to help control trash in the community;
- Coordinate the preparation of a yearly calendar using pictures taken by residents;
- Maintaining a website and social media channel to broadcast relevant and timely information to the community;
- Promoting activities that improve the sustainability of our community; and
- Maintaining fences where feasible, separating us from cattle grazing operations.
