IMPOA Annual Meeting

The 2024 Annual Meeting of members of Indian Mountain Property Owners Association (IMPOA) will be held from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 31, 2043, at the Community Center, located at 31 Keneu Ct. Como, CO 80432. 

The Annual Meeting is the opportunity for dues-paying members of IMPOA to elect members of the Board of Directors, review the financial condition of the Association, and bring business to the attention of the Board. The election of directors is by written ballot and candidates with the highest number of votes will be elected. A ballot is provided with this Announcement & Agenda. If you wish to vote for the candidates, you must fill out the attached ballot and send it back according to the instructions. 

After the end of the business portion of the meeting, we will have time for a limited Open Forum session for our members.

  • Welcome and Introductions – Kathryn Abrahamson, IMPOA President 
  • IMPOA Financial Matters – Chad Wilcox, IMPOA Treasurer 
    • Fiscal Year 2022 financial results 
    • 2023 Budget and Expenses to Date 
  • IMPOA Membership – Jeanne Wells, IMPOA Membership Director 
  • Director Election and ballot results – Shannon Graff, IMPOA Secretary 
  • New Business – Kathryn Abrahamson 
  • Open Forum for Members
