Como\, CO 80432. \nThe Annual Meeting is the opportunity for the dues-paying members of IMPOA to elect members of their Board of Directors\, review the financial condition of the Association\, and transact such business as may come before the meeting. The election of directors is by written ballot and requires only that the candidates getting the highest number of votes are deemed elected. A ballot is provided with this Announcement & Agenda. DESCRIPTION:PICNIC INFORMATION UPDATE!!!\nThe 2025 Summer Picnic is scheduled for Saturday July 5th from 11AM to 3PM at the Pavilion next to the Comfort Station.  All neighbors and friends are invited. \nHorseshoe Contest starting at 1pm as well as the Kids Pinata Party starting at 1pm. The event is outdoors with shaded areas under the pavilion and a large tent. IMPOA and IMMD provide hamburgers\, veggie burgers\, hot dogs\, condiments\, non-alcoholic beverages\, plates\, forks\, and napkins. We ask that each family in attendance provide an appetizer\, side dish\, or a dessert. **homemade dishes preferred!** Please bring appropriate serving utilize(s) for your dish(es). You are encouraged to BYOB\, wine\, beer\, etc. We ask that you bring a dish by the first letter of your last name as follows: \nA to G: Appetizer\, finger food of some sort\nH to T: Side dish\nU to Z: Dessert \nAdult and Child Raffle Prizes\, drawing is at 2pm and You Must Be Present to Win! \nThe summer picnic also includes amplified sound with easy mountain music for your enjoyment\, access to the playground\, frisbee golf\, and nature walks!   No RSVP required!
