SUMMARY:Annual IMPOA Members Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The 2025 Meeting of the Members of the Indian Mountain Property Owners Association (IMPOA) will be held from 10:30 a.m. to noon on Saturday\, July 12\, 2025\, at the Community Center\, located at 31 Keneu Ct. Como\, CO 80432. \nThe Annual Meeting is the opportunity for the dues-paying members of IMPOA to elect members of their Board of Directors\, review the financial condition of the Association\, and transact such business as may come before the meeting. The election of directors is by written ballot and requires only that the candidates getting the highest number of votes are deemed elected. A ballot is provided with this Announcement & Agenda.
